Goaltending the story in 0-0 tie

Scoring chances were turned away time and time again Sunday as the Beer Heads, short a couple of players due to injury and illness played to a scoreless tie with Billy and the Boingers. Each team had their chances with Billys probably having more than Beer Heads but Goalie Mike Parks turned away all attempts, Billy's Goalie [Steve Young] did the same and the game ended as it started with zeros on the board. Beer Heads move to 1-2-2 on the season with 4 weeks left in the Winter Session. Next week is Fall Champ Team Pound who has been struggling as of late, gametime is 7:30.
