Early Lead Keeps Tongue on Top
With a hat trick and a assist from team scoring leader Steve Anderson, Death Tongue were able to dismantle the Angry Beavers 5-1. The Death Tongue scoring frenzy also consisted of Tom Baker (1 Goal 1 Assist), Ross Frank (1 Goal 1 Assist), and Brian Karre (1 Assist). While the outlook looked bleak after the 1st period with the score 4-0, the Beavers tried to rally by scoring a goal from Todd Miller with an assist from Brady Murphy. Unfortuantly, the lead was too great as Death Tongue snapped a two game skid.
