In a Hairy Game, Tongues Lick Beavers
Showing new life with the return of Chris Ward and the addition of Ross Frank & Dave Gunderson, the DeathTongue is now on a two game winning streak by defeating the Angry Beavers 3-0. 2nd Session Rookie Brian Karre scored twice after Tom Baker's first goal to set the pace of the game. With stellar defense and veteran goaltending, Steve Young posted his second straight Shutout; leading his understudy Sally Goaltender Pete Wetzel by 1 shutout. By this win and the Nads loss, DeathTongue take over sole ownership of 2nd place behind the Fighting Sally's by 2 points.
