Floodgates open as Beerheads find their offense

Chris Clem of the Beerheads led the way with two goals and an assist in a dominating 5-0 victory over Tiger Toms. Tiger Toms came back down from their 0-1-1 start as they were outshot 5-29 in Sunday's loss. Also adding to the Beerhead offense was John Willis (goal, assist), Eric Kamin (goal), Brad Bell (goal), and "Empty Net" Trent (2 assists). After the first goal, Chris Clem broke out his Sharpe pen and imitated Terrel Owen's Touchdown celebration by signing the broomball and handing it to Tiger Tom's goaltender Pete Wetzel.

This win puts Beerheads in alone first place and drops Tiger Tom's in a two-way tie for second place.
