Regular Season Ends with Battle of Last Year's Champions
To continue the newly formed arch-rivals of the Nads and The Fighting Sally's, they fought it on Sunday to a 3-2 victory for The Fighting Sally's. Two quick goals by Trent Huebner and Clayton Rief set a tone as goalie Mike Parks made 30 saves for the game. The Nads were able to tie it up midway through the second with goals from Shawn Nepodal and Eric Kamin, but the Sally's were able to get a late game winning goal by Gabe Gargano. The Sally's finished 1st in the standings and the Nads finished 3rd.
